Yeah!! You are in the right place to get help with this problem. This youtube publishing error is really so painful! Today happen to me when I am trying to publish my video after finishing uploading and editing tags and video description I got an error "Could not update video settings. Please try again later". 

Then I was trying to get the solution from the internet, and I got an explication on Google forum about this topic. I was thinking it will be the more complicated reason for uploading, saving or publishing error. But no it's not like that! 

It's so simple it causes for your internet connection problem or youtube server problem. 

So, now I will show how you can fix "Could not update video settings. Please try again later" problem quickly. 

The solution is so simple just open a new tab and go to your video manager and then you will see the video which you were trying to publish. And will see that that saved as the draft and click on publish.

Yeah, you have done it! Now your video will publish on youtube just edit tags and description again if need!
