Today happen to me when I am trying to publish my video after finishing uploading and editing tags and video description I got an error "Could not update video settings. Please try again later".
Then I was trying to get the solution from the internet, and I got an explication on Google forum about this topic. I was thinking it will be the more complicated reason for uploading, saving or publishing error. But no it's not like that!
It's so simple it causes for your internet connection problem or youtube server problem.
